The company behind the platforms.

Xonware is a software company for connectivity infrastructure. We build a small number of platforms, go deep in each, and stay with customers for years.

01 — Who we are Est. 2014

Built by people who have sat in the operator's chair.

Xonware started in Pune in 2014 with a narrow thesis: operational software in telecom was universally tolerated and rarely liked. Billing systems that could not explain their own invoices. Inventory spreadsheets pretending to be systems of record. Support tools that created work instead of removing it.

We decided to build the software we wished existed, for an industry we knew from the inside. The first product was XIMS, an operating platform for ISPs. It won its earliest customers by handling the parts other vendors skipped: billing exceptions, partner commissions, regulator audits.

The portfolio grew the same way the first product did, by following operator problems. IP address chaos led to XonIPAM. DNS and DHCP drift led to XonDDI. Rising threat exposure across our customer base led to the Cybersecurity line.

Today Xonware platforms run in production across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the United States. The company remains founder-operated and engineering-led. Most of the people who build the products have direct operator-facing experience, and everyone ships.

04 — How we work Three working rules
/01

Watch the work before writing the code.

Product decisions come from sitting with the people who onboard subscribers, reconcile payment files, and answer audits. If we have not watched a workflow, we do not ship opinions about it.

/02

Depth over breadth. Always.

Four product lines is a deliberate ceiling. Every year we choose to make the existing platforms deeper instead of announcing a fifth. Customers feel that choice in the details.

/03

Stay after go-live.

Engagement teams remain with customers through the operational cadence, for years. Renewals, not signatures, are the metric we manage the company by.
