Switch billing platformswithout the big bang.
The reason operators tolerate bad billing software is fear of migration. Our method removes the fear: XIMS runs in shadow alongside your current system, both produce numbers, and cutover happens only when the reconciliation evidence matches.
What we migrate
Subscribers with full plan and balance state, invoice history, payment records, KYC documents, partner hierarchies and wallets, complaint history, and network bindings — RADIUS credentials, static IPs, MAC associations. Exports from common platforms and raw database dumps are both workable inputs.
Why shadow mode
Running both systems in parallel turns migration from a leap of faith into a comparison. Daily collection totals, renewal counts and ageing reports from XIMS are reconciled against your existing platform until the numbers agree — and the discrepancy list, not a launch date, decides when you switch.
What stays up
Subscriber sessions. Cutover is sequenced so RADIUS authentication moves without a network-wide disconnect, and the subscriber app and payment links change underneath customers, not in front of them.
